If you own a veterinary practice, or you make purchasing decisions for a private practice, veterinary group or corporation, you can apply to join our Hosted Attendee program.
The program is built for practice leaders who come to Vet Together ready to grow their business. You’ll get the full event experience while connecting one-on-one with the vendor partners who can help your practice thrive.
If you’d like an elevated experience with your hotel and travel covered, and you’re ready to meet with vendors who fit your practice’s needs, the Hosted Attendee program is for you!

Our team uses your preferences to create a customized schedule of relevant, pre-arranged meetings.

Who Qualifies as a Hosted Attendee
Hosted Attendees are the people who make or shape purchasing decisions for their practice or organization.
You qualify if you:

Represent one or more brick-and-mortar veterinary practices, whether a private practice, veterinary group or corporation

Are the practice owner or have decision-making authority or significant influence over your purchasing decisions
-
Plan to invest in new products or services in the next 12-18 months
One Hosted Attendee per practice or organization
Hosted benefits cover one qualified person per practice. Additional team members are welcome to join as general attendees ($600 registration fee).

Don’t meet the hosted attendee criteria?
Join us as a general attendee!
Associate veterinarians, medical directors, mobile practitioners and other clinical or practice leaders who influence purchasing decisions but don't meet the Hosted Attendee eligibility requirements are welcome.
You'll cover your own registration and travel, and you'll enjoy full access to the show floor including food/beverage, education sessions and networking events.

Hosted Practice Program Requirements
To receive travel reimbursements and registration benefits, Hosted Attendees agree to the following:

Attend all scheduled meetings

Meeting attendance is monitored throughout the program.

Participate for the full duration of the event
-
Arrive on time and remain through the end of each event day.

Schedule departure flights at least 2.5 hours after the event concludes.

Submit the non-refundable participation fee
-
Reserves one of the limited Hosted Attendee spots and confirms your participation in the program.
