The Connect Web Portal Goes Live
The web portal opens for attendees to begin reviewing participating vendor partners and event information. This is a great time to begin reviewing vendor partners you may be interested in meeting with so you are prepared when appointment preference selections open.
JULY 31
Flight Reservation Deadline
Deadline to book your flights for Vet Together 2026.
AUGUST 10
Appointment Selection Opens
The appointment portal opens for one-on-one meeting selection with participating vendor partners. You will select the companies most relevant to your practice goals and business interests.
AUGUST 21
Appointment Selection Closes
The appointment portal closes for one-on-one meeting selection.
SEPTEMBER 7
Appointment Schedules Released
You will receive your personalized meeting schedule to begin preparing for your onsite meetings and networking opportunities.
