Complete your company profile — prepare a short company bio and website links to submit. This allows Hosted Practices to learn about you during appointment selection.
JUNE 30
Marketing artwork deadline
All marketing artwork and advertising assets for onsite event displays must be submitted by June 30.
JULY 1
Complete your company profile
All web portal company profiles must be completed by this date.
JULY 20
Connect web portal goes live
The web portal opens for all attendees. Review Hosted Practices now so you are prepared when appointment preference selections open.
JULY 31
Hotel reservation deadline
Deadline to reserve your room at Resorts World Las Vegas for Vet Together 2026. Room block link and access code will be distributed separately.
AUGUST 10
Appointment selection opens
The appointment portal opens for one-on-one meeting selection. Select Hosted Hospitals that align with your business objectives. The team will cross-reference vendor and Hosted Hospital preferences to create curated one-on-one meetings.
AUGUST 17 - SEPTEMBER 18
Advance warehouse shipping window
All event assets shipped to the advance warehouse must arrive within this window.

The web portal closes for one-on-one appointment selection.
